The research objectives were to examine the impact of task prioritization and scheduling on employee efficiency in GTB Mararaba Branch, Nasarawa State, Nigeria. A descriptive survey research design was employed for the study. The population for the study was 32 staff of GTB Mararaba Branch, and the entire population was used as the sample size. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using regression analysis. The findings revealed that task prioritization and scheduling have significant positive effects on employee efficiency in GTB Mararaba Branch, Nasarawa State, Nigeria. Based on this, the researcher recommended that the management of GTB Mararaba Branch should organize regular training programs and workshops on effective task prioritization techniques to help employees identify and focus on high-impact tasks, distinguish between urgent and important activities, and align daily activities with organizational goals.
