The research objectives are to assess the impact of employee welfare and community engagement on environmental responsibility. A descriptive survey research design was employed, with data collected from 41 staff members of the company through structured questionnaires. The study utilized Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression analysis to determine the relationship between CSR practices and environmental responsibility. The findings revealed that employee welfare and community engagement have a significant positive impact on environmental responsibility, highlighting the role of internal and external CSR initiatives in promoting sustainable practices. Based on these findings, the study recommended that organizations should prioritize employee welfare programs, actively engage with local communities, and implement environmental policies that align with CSR goals.
