This research seeks to examine how digitalization has influenced Leadway Insurance Company's service delivery, internal processes, customer engagement, and financial performance. A mixed-methods research design was adopted, combining both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Primary data were obtained through structured questionnaires distributed to employees and customers of Leadway Insurance, while secondary data were collected from company reports, industry publications, and relevant academic literature. The analysis reveals that digitalization has significantly enhanced the company's productivity, streamlined claims processing, reduced operational costs, and improved the accuracy and speed of service delivery. Additionally, the deployment of digital platforms such as mobile applications, online portals, and automated customer service channels has positively influenced customer satisfaction and retention. However, the study also identifies challenges, including high implementation costs, cybersecurity threats, resistance to change among staff, and the need for continuous training and system upgrades. Despite these limitations, the findings underscore the transformative role of digitalization in shaping organizational performance within the Nigerian insurance sector. The study concludes that digital transformation is indispensable for sustaining competitiveness and achieving long-term growth. It recommends that insurance firms like Leadway Insurance should continuously invest in digital infrastructure, adopt agile strategies, and foster a culture of innovation to fully realize the benefits of digitalization.
