The research explores how e-commerce technologies such as online request for quotation, contact negotiation, order placement, transaction, and delivery influence procurement processes. The study employed a mixed-method approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques. A total of 40 respondents were selected from different departments of the organization using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistical methods. The findings reveal that e-commerce significantly enhances procurement processes by improving cost-effectiveness, time-saving, shortening distances, reducing procurement cycles, and enhancing communication. Furthermore, the study found that all respondents acknowledged the role of e-commerce in both online product selling and buying, indicating its critical importance in modern procurement practices. The results underscore the transformative effect of e-commerce on procurement, particularly in enhancing operational efficiency and reducing logistical complexities.
