A survey methodology was employed, with structured questionnaires administered to 50 respondents from the company's staff. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics and chi-square hypothesis testing. Findings indicate that effective store design enhances material handling safety, reduces operational costs, minimizes stockouts, and improves overall profitability by facilitating smoother inventory flow and reducing damages, obsolescence, and theft. Challenges identified include inadequately trained personnel and management indifference.
