The primary aim is to simplify the food ordering process, reduce waiting time, and improve service delivery using queue theory as the core analytical model. The system allows staff members and eligible users to browse available food options, place orders, and choose preferred pickup or delivery points within the campus. By applying queue theory principles, the application estimates wait times, manages customer flow, and optimizes kitchen and delivery operations. The app features include menu categorization, order tracking, notification alerts, and integration of multiple campus delivery/pickup stations such as the East Campus, Blue Roof, Complex, and more. The queue management model used enables accurate prediction of service times based on arrival and service rates, thereby minimizing congestion and enhancing user satisfaction.
