The research objectives are to examine the effect of ease of transactions, security, and customer convenience on the business growth of SMEs in Nasarawa Metropolis, Nasarawa State, Nigeria. A descriptive survey research design was employed for the study. The population for the study consisted of customers of United Bank for Africa Plc, Asokoro Branch, FCT Abuja, with a sample size of 385 respondents determined using Cochran’s formula. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using regression analysis. The findings revealed that ease of transactions, security, and customer convenience have a significant positive effect on the business growth of SMEs in Nasarawa Metropolis, Nasarawa State, Nigeria. Based on this, the researcher recommended that SMEs should adopt mobile money platforms that provide user-friendly interfaces and streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
