Abstract
This research work titled“The Impact of Youth Unemployment in Bali Local Government Area, Taraba State, to carry out the research successfully, the researcher set the following objectives to find out the nature and rate of unemployment in Bali town, to find out the causes of unemployment in Bali Local Government area and to offer suggestions for the solution to the problems of unemployment in Bali Local Government area. Likewise, three research questions were formulated and structure questionnaires was designed based on the research questions. Simple percentages were used for the analysis. The study is hinged on Human Capital Theory, the Structural–Functionalist Theory, and the Frustration–Aggression Theory. A survey design was adopted and the population of the study was 241,546 respondents. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using a cluster sampling technique.  The data collected were analysed and presented in a tabular form for easy understanding. The study also uses both descriptive and analytical methods in analysing the data from the sampled area and recommended that the government should establish industries, vocational centers, and public works programs in Bali LGA to directly create employment opportunities for youths, government and financial institutions should improve access to loans and grants for youths to enable them to start and expand small businesses, it was also recommends that, the education system should be restructured to emphasize technical, entrepreneurial, and vocational skills that align with labor market needs, also collaboration between government, NGOs, and the private sector is needed to create employment initiatives, mentorship programs, and investment in youth enterprises there should be proper monitoring of government policies and programs to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective delivery of interventions targeted at reducing youth unemployment....
