Likewise, three research questions were formulated and structure questionnaires was designed based on the research questions. Simple percentages were used for the analysis. The study is hinged on Human Capital Theory, the Structural–Functionalist Theory, and the Frustration–Aggression Theory. A survey design was adopted and the population of the study was 241,546 respondents. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using a cluster sampling technique. The data collected were analysed and presented in a tabular form for easy understanding.
