In these contemporary days, where there is a need for high technology advancement, there is a need for electronic accessories that stand in a world where there is incessant need for accuracy, efficiency and convenience, the use of mobile phones is found most appropriate. The old system of learning operations has proven not to be totally effective. The use of a mobile application system for the translation of the English Language to the Igbo Language will certainly cause a positive change in the learning system. It aims at providing students with adequate, effective, well-documented, up-to-date e-learning and a translational environment. To achieve this, Object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) was adopted and developed with Flutter, and Firebase was used for the database. An integrated custom keyboard was developed to input the Igbo words and phrases. Results show one-to-one and one-to-many mapping of English to Igbo words/phrases.
