The current manual method of displaying timetables on notice boards leads to issues such as misinformation, poor accessibility, and frequent errors in exam venue allocation. The proposed system allows exam office staff to create, update, and publish exam schedules through a secure administrative interface, while students can view their personalized timetables and receive instant notifications of updates on their mobile devices. The app was developed using Android Studio for the frontend and Firebase for the backend. Testing results showed that the system improved accessibility, accuracy, and communication between students and the exam office.
