A descriptive research design was employed. The study involved the collection of data from health workers in the Borgu Local Government using a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using statistical tools, such as descriptive statistics. The study found that the majority of them admitted that they always follow precautious guiding the use of rapid diagnostic kit for malaria diagnosis, and the majority also said they always ensure compliance with safety practices when using rapid diagnostic kits for malaria diagnosis. The finding further showed that they strongly agreed on the availability of PPEs as a factor, while the majority of them strongly agreed on the perception of the benefits of using rapid diagnostic kits. In conclusion, level of compliance of the health workers towards safety practices is rated good. And it is recommended that Health workers should continue to always follow precautious guiding the rapid diagnostic kit for malaria diagnosis.
