A descriptive research design was employed. The study involved the collection of data from women of childbearing age attending Comprehensive Health Centre, Otun-Ekiti, Ekiti State. The collected data were analyzed using statistical tools, such as descriptive statistics. The major results obtained from this study, 72 (60%) of the respondents said"yes" that they are aware of the ANC services available to them in their community. Also, 54 (45%) of the participants strongly agreed on the affordability of antenatal care service 32 (26.7%) lives agreed, 8 (6.7%) were neutral, 20 (16.7%) disagreed and 6 (5%) strongly disagreed. The finding further showed that 54 (45%) of the participants live less than 1km away from the ANC. In conclusion, based on the findings of this study, it is concluded that the awareness and perception of antenatal care services among women of childbearing age attending Comprehensive Health Centre, Otun-Ekiti, Ekiti State is above average and that the major determinants of antenatal care utilization are proximity and affordability.
