In today’s competitive business environment, organizations strive to achieve high-quality standards in their products and services, and effective reward systems are considered a key factor in motivating employees toward quality improvement. The study was conducted to determine how different reward administration practices, such as monetary rewards, promotions, recognition, and fringe benefits, affect employees’ commitment to Total Quality Management principles. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. Data were collected through structured questionnaires administered to selected employees of the organization under study. The data obtained were analyzed using simple statistical tools such as percentages, frequency tables, and mean scores to test the research objectives. Findings from the study revealed that effective reward administration has a significant positive influence on the successful implementation of Total Quality Management. It was also discovered that employees are more committed to quality improvement when rewards are fairly distributed, transparent, and linked to performance. Furthermore, the study found that poor reward administration leads to low employee morale, reduced productivity, and weak adherence to quality standards. Based on the findings, the study concludes that reward administration plays a vital role in enhancing Total Quality Management in organizations.
