The main objectives of the study are to: identify the socio-demographic factors associated with antenatal care among women of reproductive age, determine the level of antenatal care awareness among women of reproductive age, identify the factors associated with accessibility of antenatal care among women of reproductive age, and identify the level of utilization of antenatal care among women of reproductive age. Quantitative research design using descriptive method was used for the study. A sample size of 120 was used for the study, which was calculated from the target population of 150 using Taro Yamane (1967) formula. A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect data from the respondents and data were analyzed using SPSS version 29. Result reveals that age, parity, religion, marital status and level of education are the socio-demographic factors that is associated with antenatal care utilization among women of reproductive age, majority of the respondents (60%) are aware of the ANC services available in their community, major factors that is associated with accessibility of antenatal care services among women is distance and cost of the services.
