A descriptive design was adopted for the study. Twenty respondents which made up of both males and females. The objectives were to determine the socio-economic factors of the students, the causes of visual impairment and their attitude toward blindness. A self-designed questionnaire which included the above objectives, was used for data collection. The data collection was analyzed by using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences ( SPSS version 2. 0 ). The results of the findings revealed that the overall mean age of respondents was between 10 and 16 years. The respondents' significant order was traders and the low socioeconomic class; the respondents had a good attitude toward visual impairment and blindness among the respondents.
