The objectives were to assess the extent of AI utilization, evaluate its impact on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, and identify the challenges affecting its implementation. A descriptive survey research design was adopted. Data were collected from 92 respondents comprising management staff, ICT personnel, delivery staff, and customers. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequencies, percentages, and mean scores. Findings revealed that AI is moderately utilized through digital ordering systems, GPS tracking, and automated communication tools. The study further showed that AI significantly improves operational efficiency, reduces delivery errors, and enhances customer satisfaction. However, major challenges such as high implementation costs, poor internet connectivity, inadequate technical skills, and unstable power supply hinder full adoption.
