Specifically, the study identified three purposes and three research questions. Some related literature was reviewed. The study employed a survey research design and the population consisted of 38 respondents, which was the total number of secretaries in the area of study as the time of this study. 4 point rating scale made up of 25 structured questionnaire items was used in generating data for the study, while the instrument was validated by some three from the Department of Office Technology and Management. Data collected was analyzed using the simple arithmetic mean. One of the findings of the study states that the physical office environment has a positive influence on the secretary’s job performance in the Federal Polytechnic, Bali.
