The research aimed to identify different financing sources, evaluate their effectiveness, and analyze the challenges associated with accessing these funds. Data were collected from 150 respondents using structured questionnaires. The findings reveal that bank loans (30%) and personal savings (20%) are the primary sources of finance, followed by cooperative societies (16.7%) and mortgage institutions (13.3%). While bank loans are considered highly effective by 88.9% of users, the major challenges faced include high interest rates (33.3%), stringent loan requirements (26.7%), and limited access to mortgage institutions (13.3%).
