Abstract
This research work seeks to examine the impact of procurement ethics on organizational performance. A study of Nigeria Bottling Company, Owerri, Imo State. The objectives are stated in Chapter One of the study. In order to attain these objectives, a researcher collects relevant information on the subject matter. The researcher reviewed related literature and some facts drawn from the research methodology, the population and sample size etc. The sample size used for the study is 84. The sampling technique adopted in this study is simple random sampling. Chi-square method was used to interpret the result. The findings of the work show that procurement ethics have greatly impacted an organization's performance. This has helped the organization to achieve its organizational objectives. The study recommends that procurement staff should be made to know the importance of procurement ethics as they carry out procurement functions. ...
