Abstract
Staff training has become an essential tool for improving service quality in the hospitality industry. This study examines the Effect of staff training on service delivery in food and beverage service operations. The research explores how training influences employee performance, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall service standards. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from food and beverage service staff and customers. The results show that training significantly improves staff competence, communication, speed of service, hygiene practices, customer handling skills, and overall guest satisfaction. The study concludes that continuous training programs are vital for enhancing service delivery and recommends that hospitality establishments invest more in professional development and skill-building programs....
