The purposes of the study are: to ascertain the various types of welfare services in an organization, to examine the dimensions and principles of successful implementation of welfare activities, to determine the effects of welfare packages on secretaries’ productivity and job satisfaction in the era of ICT, and to evaluate how to improve secretaries' productivity and job satisfaction in an organization in the Era of ICT. The population of the study comprised seventy (70) and the sample size was sixty (60). Four (4) research questions were raised to guide the study. Sixty (55) copies of the questionnaire were administered to the staff. The findings revealed that welfare packages enhance the integration of organizational goals; they improve participation in decision-making and teamwork; and they increase the efficiency and productivity of employees and the organization. It motivates secretaries to put in their best and to work harder in their assigned roles. Thus, it was recommended that Welfare packages should be given on a regular basis; financial incentives should be given to the staff, as this will enhance good performance. Welfare packages can have a positive impact on workers' attitude if only it is done generously.
