Traditionally, invigilators are assigned manually, a process that is often time-consuming, prone to errors, vulnerable to scheduling conflicts, and lacking in fairness and transparency. These limitations frequently lead to unfair workload distribution, duplication of duties, communication gaps, and administrative inefficiencies. The software developed in this project automates the entire invigilation assignment process by integrating key features such as automated invigilator allocation, clash detection, real-time updates, workload balancing, and an intuitive interface for both administrators and invigilators. The system was designed using the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), incorporating requirement analysis, system modeling, implementation, and testing. Tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL were used in building the application. The results of the implementation demonstrate that the automated system significantly reduces scheduling errors, minimizes administrative workload, ensures fairness in invigilator assignment, and improves communication through instant notifications. The software provides a unified, reliable, and efficient platform that enhances the overall examination management process.
