This project focuses on the development of an Interactive Multimodal Interview Platform for Dynamic Candidate Evaluation, designed to provide a more interactive, consistent, and data-driven approach to candidate assessment. The proposed platform integrates multiple forms of candidate interaction, including text, audio, and video, to simulate an interview environment. The system dynamically presents interview questions based on the candidate''s responses and evaluates relevant aspects of their performance. Features such as response relevance, communication, confidence, and other predefined assessment criteria are considered in generating an overall evaluation. The platform also provides structured feedback and assessment results to assist recruiters in making informed decisions. The system is developed using appropriate software development tools, web technologies, and machine learning or artificial intelligence techniques where applicable.
